We are a talent consultancy created from a passion for sustainability. SPSi is part of People and Process Solutions Ltd which focuses into Life Sciences but found itself increasingly providing talent for the sustainable / NetZero markets. As such SPSi was created with the sole focus being sustainability, clean low carbon energy and energy storage and being a specialist into this sector. Our mantras remain,

Stuart Anderson
Stuart is the founder of SPSi and PPSi and brings decades of business experience in Sciences, Technology and Sustainable markets. He has worked at Director / CEO level in various companies in the equipment, and technology markets. He has detailed and real-world experience of Public Sector Contracts, Electronics, Distribution and Agricultural markets. He has also set up export departments and performed turn arounds of failing teams and businesses.
Karen Jenkins
Karen is the most experienced recruiter in the team. She cut her recruitment teeth in the sustainable packaging industry before transitioning into medical device sales and now sustainable energy having worked for several European market leaders. With key strengths in relationship building and generally being nice she splits her time between recruitment and caring. She is an invaluable resource and can quickly cut through the noise to find the real solution or requirement.
Charlotte Isabelle
Charlotte has extensive experience in the technical research, writing and creative markets. She also is great at streamlining processes and can rethink arduous business processes to make things nimble and fast. Charlotte brings 15 years of recruitment experience and concentrates on the candidate side of the businesses.
