Your CV is only a taster and a hook not an autobiography. 3 pages of A4 in 1 font, no more than 3 text sizes, in black only. Concise, punchy, hooky will win.
Your CV should consist of:
Name
Address but not house number
Email address and mobile contact number
Visa status
Driving status
Most recent work experience splitting responsibilities and acheievment, no more than 8 bullets
Followed by less recent work history and less bullet point
Qualifications and Skills
Hobbies and Interests.
Should you want help on your CV we can offer this facility for a small cost. It will not be a magic wand or golden bullet BUT in this fast paced world where your competitors have optimised their personal assets it will without doubt help get you the interview
We offer a basic reformat which includes a half hour teams conversation for £195.00 inc VAT.
We will not rewrite your CV for you but we will make it so that modern ATS automatic CV readers will scan the information fully and the information within the CV is the best it can be to represent you.
We can also give advice on your linkedin page combined with a frank review and update of your CV as above for £295 inc VAT. This will include 2 x half hour teams meetings and final sign off.
Payment is require upfront by bacs and there will be a brief questionnaire to fill in beforehand.

Smart Working
SPSi operates a smart working environment. All staff work in a largely remote way.
We highly recommend online video meeting for 1st and 2nd interviews however should the candidate be required to work in an office for part of the week then we also really recommend at least 1 interview takes place at their future place of work.
